Denise took a display of simple but highly attractive bracelets, which took the event by storm - she could have sold the lot very quickly if she had realised they would cause such interest, but had to say they were workshop samples. My own scarves caused considerable interest; the ones on the back wall are made in Polish and Czech linen. Sadly, this year's flax harvest was poor and we were recommended not to buy the unbleached linen thread. Since I could happily use it to the exclusion of everything else, it was very disappointing not to be able to buy more this year.
